    We build what we need

    Every product started from a gap we felt ourselves, and its first user is us.

    An idea without execution is nothing

    We measure ourselves by what we have shipped, not by what we have planned. A plan that never reaches a user is not an achievement.

    We do not promise what we have not shipped

    Anything not ready is labelled “in development” — on the website, in the deck and on the call. A promise is a debt here, not a marketing line.

    What we build is owned, not rented

    The code, the data and the customer relationship belong to whoever pays for them, not to us. We do not build a model that makes us a middleman owning someone else's customer.

    Craft lives in what is never seen

    Documentation, backups and code structure are invisible to everyone, and they are what makes the visible part work.
